As the visual leader for Te Pou o Te Tangata, a comprehensive project undertaken for Inland Revenue, I spearheaded the introduction of a new set of behaviors to the workforce in mid-2023. My responsibilities included designing characters that symbolized the diversity within Inland Revenue's workforce and crafting a series of online modules and onboarding guides. These resources were specifically tailored to facilitate a clear understanding and seamless adoption of the new behaviors by all members of the organization, spanning from employees to leaders. The overarching objective was to cultivate a more inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
